So we keep going back and forth about this one--do we keep concentrating on what we do best, or try and expand our cooking repertoire to include storefront business? We did an awesome buffet last Friday, with Belgian Waffle and Omelet stations, and everyone really loved it. The guys next door at the lumber yard keep bugging us to bring back the chicken wings, and we love both of them. Naturally, we love both chicken wings and waffles, so what do we do?
On one hand, it's a great way to up exposure by taking in some retail business. On the other hand, it will likely dilute our efforts and energies as we continue to get our name out for caterings. Any thoughts blog readers?
